i check my mailbox this morning and get an ot e-mail stating i was given an extension upgrade at l&s.*issue early warning alerts to any member who’s been in contact with someone using a fake profile. from me, when i told him no, i was very materialistic. i told one guy that you are on a dating site to meet women and you are displaying pics of your late wife and you—that type of man has built an altar to his late wife and pity the woman that gets involved with him! and i have noticed the same people on the sites for several years..needless to say nothing was done about it… i will stongly advice anyone whose trying to join this scam infested dating site to stay far away from it. many had similar sayings in their profiles but that is to be expected. there is no contact number, and it want me to enable something on my computer. this is a terrible site and dont even try to compensate the customer they just take and take beware not worth it. there is no indication if the person is an active member. spoke to four people, two of them supervisors, and they could see my “usage” email saying i’d be leaving the site due to personal issues, but they would not grant me an exception to their no refund policy. they know folks get all signed up first, give our info and even financial numbers, so many do this first just hoping it all works out that the benefits for these kind of take advantage people far outweigh the few of us that just complain to each other, which does not do a thing when another million are signing up just hopeing, and not understanding you can not win, because we blindly “agreed” to everything totally giving up our rights to any and all injustices..or could have done something that our time says is not acceptable. you will see all earlier pictures then they sneak there picture in , then it is alike a couple years younger.*crack down on scammers by identifying and shutting down the accounts of those who pay with stolen credit cards, checking ip addresses to verify profiles’ listed locations; employing algorithms to detect suspicious language patterns used by scammers; and using image searches to identify fake profiles used across various dating websites. one guy’s photo looked so much like george clooney that i did a google search to see if he’d photo shopped it onto his profile. also found eharmony a waste of time, guys never open their emails. send you things like someone is interested, you have messages, etc. enjoyed using this site until my account “went away” for no reason. this is what you get when you start pressuring about a face to face meeting. they site is a phony scam and so are the member contacts. i just joined this dating site 2 months ago for 6 months. to add insult, i was charged more than what they advertised. so the person thinks you might be interested because you have viewed them many times when you never viewed them. she immediately shut me down saying that she had “done some reading and this is a sign that you’re trying to scam me”. now that it is getting closer to expiring that’s all i get are pop ups to reactivate. i was told that there are no refunds, and that i had also used the site beyond the month. any website saying two diametrically opposite things is a site to steer far from – like our time. said she believes the toll is higher than the millions of dollars her members have lost, calling online dating scams "one of the most under-reported crimes out there. the site recognizes that your attitude and expectations towards dating in your 50s and beyond are likely to be significantly different to your attitude and expectations in your younger years and seeks to address this by focusing on your specific interests and desires. it is expensive, you get nothing in return, you can not contact anyone to complain! oh plus hardly anyone in my area then they send me guys form the opposite ends of the country lordy so blatant. that is a total joke, even more so in light of people media & ot’s complete incompetence. i can’t personally vouch for eharmony, christian mingle or plenty of fish (i’m intentionally not mentioning match since they appear to own ot and l&s) but i can unequivocally say that ot is an unmitigated disaster of epic proportion and not recommended for anyone. for example, the flashing sign ‘available for chat’ at the right upper corner cost me our fist fight. line: no, i would not recommend this to a friend. well, unless the intended receiver is also a subscriber they can’t see/read the message. this popup doesn’t seem to be able to be turned off and only has the renewal option visible. new guy’s profile came to my attention because of the instant match feature on the site. is the worst designed and executed website on the net. far i have dated two women i found on ourtime who are in their 70s who can't ride a bike, but at least we can dance and do other things together. and i think that is a problem for men and women on here. this is evidence that the company itself is involved in defrauding it’s own customers. the quality of the people on their website is not their fault, but the lack of customer service from ourtime is unacceptable and infuriating. i cannot stress this enough – under no circumstances should anyone join this site. had to close chats with online because of this problem . they give you a phone number but never answer the phone (they’re always busy with other customers — ha) and their email replay address is also a scam. ourtime just better not charge my credit card again if they do i will call my bank to cancel my card. i have a few messages and can estimate the type of people using the site, i certainly won’t pay for a subscription. the two that did said this site is good at doing that. the first two matches became upset when i wanted more chat time before we spoke on the phone or met in person. he also said that my profile has now been completely removed from their site, and it had better be true because if i get another email from them i’m going to call them and knock some heads together! i’m inclined to report them to the better business bureau, even if only for not monitoring their website more efficiently. site actually fills in your ‘a little about me’ section if you don’t fill it out. i called this morning, and they won't refund my money. have encountered my very first online scammer at the ot site. in addition i can no longer choose how i wish to view my supposed matches. i figured out that this was a total scam and shill after three days (although it creepily did “match” me with a woman who i dated a few years ago, i decided that it was a sunk cost and after my anger faded i decided that it was a sunk cost and to see how absurd it could get. once you purchase a package, few days later, the man disapear. i’m sure that it’s pure coincidence that if you click on the blue, underlined link containing her name, it takes you directly to the ourtime website. i am convinced that the better business bureau logo displayed on their membership payment page is pirated and they have no connection with that organization. with these disclaimers out of the way, i can share my disappointment in this site and the quality of the people who choose to engage on it. are so many ways to ck these guys out up to and including your state’s court web site if you know their name to check out domestic violence, etc. use your billing rights under mastercard and visa to fight back; each chargeback against a merchant costs them more money than what they are billing you for, and hurts their relationship with their own bank. even someone like me who has limited tech experience on the net can fix some of this site’s problems by simply examining and removing its faulty html code. i have not been able to get my photo to stick despite uploading it five times; it appears five times in the “album only” portion of the profile page, but is invisible to users. only average about 1 or 2 views of my profile, per day, when i have a ourtime subscription. i just removed any renewal of my account, or may have to cancel my credit card, and have a new card issued if our time doesn’t honor my request. commonly used profile phrases that are not common to the use of english here in the usa should be absolutely flagged as scammers. the search filters are excellent so you can narrow down your search criteria…and no, i do not work for, nor am i in any way connected with “plenty of fish”. rant on this pos in the past five or six days. that flashing sign was on telling me that he is online. it means listening and trying to resolve problems a customer has, not be insolent to the customer. it’s either this or they are 20 plus years older than you which isn’t a turn on. something needs to be done to police all dating websites! july 1 at 9:35am, i replied thru the site to a woman who had emailed me, telling her i’d be ending my membership due to personal reasons, just to be considerate and not waste her time. pita point is that put your picture /profile out there willy nilly. a total waste of time and money, especially when their propriety “chat” system doesn’t seem to work (at least it didn’t for me) and posts a warming on its page that anyone that asks for private e-mails is likely a scammer. if you accept any “services” from an entity, or do not file against them in a timely manner you can lose your right to dispute the charge. the site suggests “matches” that aren’t at all what you are looking for in terms of age, location, smoking/non-smoking, etc. do not risk getting a 6 month charge by submitting your credit or debit card for a one month membership. website takes advantage of those of us who are hopeful that seeking a relationship within our age group will filter out some of the issues encountered on sites like match. and believe me, you won’t feel like laughing after your experience with this company. if you go through the list of profiles in which you click on yes, no, or maybe, be advised that if you click on yes (i think) you’ll thereby “send” one of those canned flirt messages. if things are not working it does not matter where our times is, a scam is a scam. in the next few days, i will be registering a domain that, shockingly, is available and matches to a t what i am pondering.?Needless to say, this group would not budge on making this right by crediting. i submitted my concern, i just got a screen mssg that said “it takes time to investigate your concern. is a start that indicated i was someone;s favorite every time i open it, and when i try to find out who, it just disappears. i’m not sure where the website servers are located (likely in texas, where their hq is) but the performance of the website was horrible. is a total waste of money - use of "promote me" tokens are a scammer magnet. this web site sucks they steal money from people and when you want to know why? even the most professional, diligent and customer-centric dating sites cannot filter out or block even a fraction of the scammers out there. i can say this- that e-harmony was very good and i met nice men and sincere, but too far away. or these promise to meet you and then shaft you. my guess is that our time, like that donation outfit, banks with bank of america, which is the only institution my debit card has ever problems with.

How much is delightful dating site

over 3 million highya readers who receive weekly how-to guides, tips & reviews and get a free copy of our complete online safety e-book. phil, and i asked the site to do something about it. is the worst dating site i have tried so far, they charged my card and i wasn’t even able to get into the site. the site itself is very ugly – made up like advertisements for articles in a supermarket. tried seven times using three different credit cards and they were declined. i cannot guarantee i will do this but if the demand is expressed, i will look for tech people to help put it all together. done everything that would encourage communication with what i’m interested with . this regard, i can't set these limits on ourtime matches or online notices. i know i was embarrassed to discover that i had “flirted” with women when i had no intention of doing so. he got scared and gave me a confirmation # to return my money back to my account within 72 hours. addition to all of the dysfunctional complaints that i’ve posted before, including turning off the automatic renewal option, the scumbags that run this shill have now forced an automatic popup prompting me to renew (this “subscription” expires on july 28/15) for six more months at a “discounted” 25% off rate of . if i knew who to contact to get this done, i. the only faults i find with the site are the inability to filter searches with more precision (like non-smokers and no pets–big dealbreakers for me), and the matchmaking program is totally inconsistent. i suppose i thought they had finally made the site available to their “paid’ users! they proudly display their leadership, management and directors on this page:Barry diller is chairman of iac. and the following month, without my permission, they charged my card again! the site posts photos of the scam artists, who are both male and female. then he disappear, so i sent him a message saying that i had read many complaints about this site, so if he was not the person he was, that at least responded, just say goodbye, not interested. now for free – get notified of new reviews, respond to consumer feedback, add new photos to your page and much more. participation and responsiveness on this site has to be the worst i’ve seen ever. when i tried to enter my user name and password, i got a message that my user name is already in use, so they do have my profile. one year later, we are very much in love and we thank our time for getting us together. the parameters you specify of the ages, distances & other preferences you choose to meet or not meet (as the case may be) someone are also largely ignored. i was looking all over for my account to see how much they have charged my card. this afternoon i tried to log in only to be notified in red boxes and letters that my “account was hidden”. yesterday, may 25, i was only on the site to try to notify billing of the problem, not to communicate with anyone. i reiterate, how hard can it be to remove and prevent someone from this? and for heavens sake, if you take a girl out or talk with her on the phone or text several times, don’t just not call back…. to my fellow males, total waste of time and money.’m an honest man maybe not the best looking but sincere at best, this site is no different than any other. scams fakes and a weak site is why i don’t recommend anyone to use our time services. his profile reads i am 51 that is how i know. in retrospect this is a rather clever way to trap or trick people into joining having given them the illusion that a chat was a click away. right your too young to be here the whole world is still out there for you. next thing you know they have your credit card information and make automatic charge to it without you even being aware that they are going to do that. that’s not to say that you can’t get steamrolled on a pay site, but think about it; those who don’t pay to join the site have nothing vested and nothing to lose. will call my cedit card company to make sure you don’t charge me for anything it is a waste of my hard earned money. i took the time (it was painful) to answer them all and the closest “match” that i got was around 53% compatible.. i spent more time blocking men than responding to them and even the blocked parties were able to contact me again. but again, whatever you do, if you want to join these guys, unlike the american express card where you don’t want to leave home without it, leave your visa/mc out of the payment system (they don’t take ae anyway). in short, i wanted to finish my monthly subscription at l&s (appr. thinking of joining this pos should look at the wikipedia entry on people media, the company supposedly running this crap. dating site,is a sure way to look for someone who is not looking for you.? attempting to use the search option to view another user’s information is a joke… i can read about 3 – 4 profiles and then … wham… i am logged out by the deliberate technology of this stupid site – and without any warning or option to stay logged in.’s clear to me that there is a significant market for single guys & gals of all ages (though more so older ones, like 45-60 & more) and many such folks are disillusioned & disaffected by the likes of our time (the volume of negative comments is proof big time). at the same time people mostly go to the trouble of finding review sites and leaving a comment when they’re really pissed off. the reason i had a case for dispute is because they did not disclose the amount i would be charged prior to processing my payment. as we mentioned above, this automatic renewal feature is the top complaint associated with ourtime, so it’s very important to keep this in mind if you decide to give the site a try. when you call to complain the person starts data “mining” asking your home add. one man i met drove for an hour and a half. the site sends auto flirts and messages from profiles of people who are not members., when my card was errantly declined, one of our time’s web pages said i could pay by paypal (or western union, which is ridiculous) but i could not find an address to send the money to. after it shows a hundred emails that you haven’t read and you do join for any length of time for curiosity’s sake you find there aren’t many if any real keystrokes typed by members. you could send a flirt to someone and if he isn’t a member then he wont know you sent it. i know this was just an old photo because the profile was empty. well, once you move outside of traditional dating sites, the trend seems to be nickel-and-diming you for each and every connection you make, using this same token/coin concept. just because a man says looking for a long-term relationship does not mean he is not just out there looking for sex. website overall is not too bad – although it really doesn’t seem to do much to try and match clients up with any degree of compatibility in mind beyond a few simple choices. saying they can use your name/etc on their affiliate sites, after you leave the site they keep. i know every site has some, but so many obvious fake profiles and scammers on here. because of this i only visited the ourtime website a few times and ended up wasting a bunch of money. the last thing i need is to be dragged into the middle of someone’s marriage as it is on the rocks.” ha…i wrote back to someone five states away saying “stop wasting people’s time! you can also see who has viewed your profile, “fave’d” you, flirted with you or likes your photos. the best was the woman who had no picture, no details and the only thing on her page was, “i’m new to this and my dog is chewing on my foot so i have to come back to this later”. you can read my past gripes and fits if you like but let me add this one., if you’re reading this and thinking about joining ot, don’t do it, not even the free part (which will frustrate you anyway since you will have to pay to access the necessary aspects of this site to find someone – and half the profiles you read anyway will be half to virtually empty and without photos)., i thought i had 24 messages from people who i liked… so, after refreshing the ‘update your membership’ page about 3 times, you get 50% off deal… nevermind the timer, you can always reset that. these money hungry morons couldnt get a date in a leper colony so, while crying in their beers, they concocted this bunch of dribble to torture the rest of the known universe in retaliation instead of actually getting a real job, taking social interaction lessons and taking shower once a day. you cannot really tell a person by a profile and i too have issues with 29 and 39 year old’s stalking older women. dating services are booming businesses, and the boomers who are joining them are doing so in big numbers. they have refused to remove the charge to my credit when ourtime with fraud charged my card. was surprised to see my membership was scheduled to end on december 28 and since there hadn’t been any charges to my bank account, i assumed i was mistaken and had originally signed up for a year. did he not think i could verify all of his stories? waste your money on this dating site or any other unless you have unlimited hours to waste weeding through the wackos.) use of "promote me" tokens is a magnet for scammers. however, this site randomly sends “matches” where there is no hope of compatibility. people who are satisfied or not sufficiently enraged usually don’t bother, so review sites are almost always heavily negatively biased, far more so, i suspect, than polling the current membership (if that were possible) would reveal. i could not in good conscience run a site like this.. my son actually made me join, and he too was sadly disappointed when i told him about my experience on the site. the other problem, and i realized it is not the websites problem, but out of the dozen men i talked to, most were married. would be a reoccurring charge monthly with the opportunity to cancel at any time. it continues to show me the same guys over and over and over again – of the few that came any where near being a potential match, 2 were scam artists and only one turned out to be a nice guy, but not a good match. i just joined ourtime yesterday, i wish i had seen these reviews prior to joining. this is ready to expire, and i haven’t met anyone or even got a match that is close to what i am looking for. turned off email to not receive any emails from website not to be bothtered by anyone…noticed i had a overdraw on old bank statement…. i filed a dispute with my bank and i better get my f’n. when you sign up there is only a 6 month option, but they say there is a one month option, but they will not credit you for the billing error. i complained about their pop up “asking if i wanted to spent $$ to see when someone read my message” always being on my “home page” and why didn’t they honor the “don’t show mt this again” they locked the pop up so i see the same person and their request every time i log on. the “free” sites offer many more people, and of higher quality! on the site for about 6 weeks, such a scam, found a phone no to call to cancell, no answer, found a website with an option to cancel and stop automatic renewal, sent 2 emails, emails returned nondeliverable, guess i’ll have to cancell my credit card. line: no, i would not recommend this to a friend. site flirts with guys i would never flirt with for me. is no one checking to see whether the men are posting their actual photos. finally, drop-down ads obscure a large fraction of the screen, thus compromising information gathering. company will send you flirts from attractive women who do not exist,i wish i would have read this first, trusted there honest looking commercial.

Is our time dating site safe

got on this site and stayed on for approximately 3 or 4 days. i literally spent hours reviewing and deleting the same profiles or ones that were totally out of line with the the characteristics i indicated.’ve also had dialog with other women on ourtime who’ve had terrible experiences with the site. they know that many people, especially seniors are not going to take the time to dispute the charge and to avoid stress they will just let it go. i feel sorry for the ourtime women if it is like this for them too. dishonesty is easy on internet dating sites since you’re taking the person at face value…. can you post how you did it since no one else on this thread seems to be able to do so and there doesn’t appear to be any customer service contact info on the site? i am in calgary and i was receiving matches that were anywhere 2 to 9 hours traveling time. but when i came across one very famous scammer ( who’s supousely i”american and serves in afghanistan. time and its related sites are so bad that i am in the early stages of considering whether to start a dating service that will do what our time and perhaps others aren’t doing. every comment on this thread (with the except of a few obvious shills) feel that this website is a fraud/scam and some have threatened to, or have, complained to local authorities. however there comes a time when one has to stand up for what is right and identify a scam as a scam. this is completely nuts but it generally corroborates what so many users are saying about this totally discombobulated outfit. this website has allowed me only 3 times to sign in,keeps saying my email or password aren’t valid. they get a picture from somewhere and then, all they will do is text or chat with you. am affiliated with this businessi have no affiliation with this business. some are horrible, most are good if you keep your expectations reasonable. while it is ‘free to join’ you have to pay to see all the emails flirts likes favorites that have been piling up in your mailbox. sites are not totally to blame, but they will take your money and make you believe it’s so very possible. i am a widow, and believe that honest is the best policy while on these sites, but i am not ignorant! i have also been in our time and my experience was just like everyone else’s. i’d rather decide myself if i want to flirt and resent any site (ourtime isn’t the only one) that sends messages on my behalf, making it look like i contacted that person when i didn’t. to ourtime’s terms & conditions, there are no refunds available. you can never get your messages via your personal email account but only view them in their website. is an awful site and a total waste of money. the company or someone is sending out fake flirts and messages to the members. there is no criteria to the matches, it is simply geography. then there was the time i was scammed on cm via yahoo chat. advise is to stop throwing away your money and join a gym at least you will get out of the house and get fit. i have tried the site twice in a year and found the same thing as phil… so it goes both ways.. i know men shown on this site that are not members at all. needs to be human sometimes and not just about the money. because this particular woman was in touch with me previously.,dishonest,i asked to be removed yet i’m still on this stupid site i. out whether the dating service does any background checks or fraud scans before a person's profile is posted. the problem is that when you are interested in someone, and/or have received messages and flirts in your mailbox, at which point you wish to upgrade, it becomes obvious that you cannot use your regular perfectly valid visa credit card to do so. dating should be a fun time , hopeful, and joyous in starting a new relationship! the other one, had physical problems so he couldn’t drive anymore and the 3rd one was a real hoot he was so he said working with the terrorists task force really and he was picky ,we had one date for lunch. fact, despite the fact that we provided zero information about ourselves when signing up for a test ourtime account, we were contacted by two individuals within 5 minutes. they kept asking for more info (a problem with most dating sites). according to what was, at one time, their wikipedia entry (yeah, not exactly 100% reliable) they’re based in costa rica and outside the reach of any north american jurisdiction. read the small print when i signed on for six months with ourtime, but realized from the start that i need to follow their instructions to the letter in order to keep them from charging my credit card again when the six months time limit approaches. ourtime’s my match feature will pair you with compatible users based on criteria you specify and the i’m interested tab is a speedy way to connect with other users based on their photo and basic information. and there is no way to block messages from people out of the area, so you get these canned messages from people all over the country. i use this site and also primetimelove and must say its living up to the (considerable) hype so far. but i think she could have been married and her and her husband date others but that is not the sites fault nor can they stop those games. the site features an easy sign-up process, as well as an impressive set of search features for its users. have found that most people i have contacted or have contacted me do not write back or their site is immediately removed. watch out ladies there must be a lot of cheaters on the site. it is 100% free…no fees to join or contact other members. i set him up with okcupid which is so much ore user-friendly. most of those were on days i wasn’t on their site. only wish i had read more reviews before signing up! on top of this is the constant avalanche of ads for other dating sites. he is a wonderful man, loving, kind, family oriented and so much more. girl interested in me says she’s from the states but is in ghana for a sick relative freaking sketchy. i have contacted a consumer site and also paypal about this. not until you click on that is autmatic renewal finally turned off. perhaps i shouldn’t do this but any woman in the il/in area seeking a true christian guy can feel free to write me at nedd at inbox dot com. the worst part is having someone from your site scam me for money. a dating site isn’t my “thing,” and so i wasn’t looking for someone. can challenge any dispute, and if you have used their services at all, they can and will say that although the services were not what you expected, they were still available to you. glad i didn’t waste my time with guys who don’t send real messages, after i read here that they send in fake guys to entertain the ladies without asking them out. you read someone’s profile & ourtime sends out an email telling that person you are interested. they offer you a discount and then they charge you the regular high price and when you try to contact them they never get back to you or refund you the amount you did not agree to pay. the site is maddeningly fragile, and lockups may occur at any point. they will continue to charge your accounts, draining you dry, but it’s all one big fake. i bailed after a horrifying two weeks on my time! ourtime is a scam, stay away…… try pof, its ok……. if you flip down through this thread, there are numerous posts similar to yours, generally saying that refunds are impossible to obtain. thought this might be a good site to join but i’m so glad i read these reviews. the addresses were all marked aripo (whatever, wherever that is) and numbers spelled out (onesevensix etc. you will get a message with each photo they "like", meaning many email messages to wade through with no content from a nonexistent person. it is, file a complaint here, the more complaints they get the faster they will act. i actually got a “flirt” from some “woman” who had no picture and whose description actually said, “i’m new to this and my dog is chewing on my foot so i have to come back to it later”. sadly, however, the only way i’ll be able to rectify these sites is when pigs fly and the cows come home. were there justice in this world these losers would be forced to watch porn 24 hours a day with their hands cuffed behind their backs! to the world wide premier site for sing les and couples who want to date, find companionship or seek adult fun with like minded others..got a cute pic of a guy delivered to me after just registering for free. when you first pull it up, the auto renewal is fixed to “yes”. dont trust this company …dont give them your cc number . am glad i read the reviews before doing business with our time. ourtime will quickly send out a flirt or say you designated someone as “your favorite”. it does work, but you have to do your part first https://www., i did not have a positive experience on this site. i was thinking on joining our time but not anymore after reading the comments. i was ready to join this site (given the positive ads), however i guess i am a skeptic and thought it best to see what others thought. is all completely false and filled in by ourtime without my permission or consent. i am male and would say that there seem to be decent women on this site and the potential to meet someone meaningful appeared quite feasible. if you’ve even a slight interest in this site, don’t do it! for one month site showed i had 80 messages and 44 favored me. space is limited by character to much less than other sites. we met wednesday and ask i can say is wow! like this site sucks the bag was going to join but with all the horrible reviews i changed my mind . would never, ever recommend our time to any of my friends, and i will actually go everywhere i can to tell people not to ever consider your site. don’t want to repeat much of what i previously said except to say again that if you want to go thru all the red tape to join here ot or l&s, send them a check. How much is match dating site

using ourtime for 6 weeks, i am fairly satisfied with its performance.! i contacted ourtime again and said they same thing…they don’t have a way of filtering. this violates several sections of the fair credit act as well as reg z. time will tell you one thing verbally, while they write something else totally contrary to your concerns. never, never, never will i pay for this one more month. of the worst websites (not just dating sites) i’ve seen. i have profiles posted on other sites and none of them even remotely come close to being as bad as this site is. also the men who had taken the time to write to me, will never be able to get a decent answer, and may wrongly assume i did not care. not unlike essentially every business out there, volume is the key for dating site survival. need to delete the profiles of people that are not members: they are doing this on purpose and not even letting people delete their own profiles. had the exact same experience from the rip off web site. just one more thing to add…this site will do whatever it takes (including setting up false flirts and favorites) to keep you as a member. although some sites do a better job than others, i don’t think the risk of hackers or site intruders outweighs the site’s desire to bring on the masses and make the money. this alone shatters any credibility people media (which owns our time & love and seek) may have. from there we began emailing and discovered many things we have in common. it must mean our time to stuck it to the rest of humanity for the shit hand life dealt them. this opinion is reinforced after having rejoined – and spending only one week attempting to use the site! additionally, there is not way to set simple search criteria except age…all ages on this site, not just 50+. the have zero customer service (i call it “customer dis-service” as it is only a on-line clunky (primarily useless) interface, very probably located in some third worlds country, that consists of a stack of pre-programmed servers that can only respond with “canned” replies that inform you only of what you already know, or with a lot of “information” that has nothing to do with your issue. i even contacted the bbb and our time did not respond. i also told him that i had learned that this is something that their company has a reputation for doing and that if he didn’t return my money immediately, i was going to press fraud charges against his company! after the date he walked me to my car and tried to twist me around to kiss him. i discovered quite by accident that a good 20% of the listings on the our time site are fraudulent..needless to say nothing was done about it… i will strongly advice anyone whose trying to join this scam infested dating site to stay far away from it. than this billing scam , the site seems to work ok. i was put on hold several times during the call for a total of an hour+, but in the end, i threatened a class action lawsuit and explained it would result in the guy losing his job. i think “nice profile, i’d like to hear from you” is one of them. this is because of all the things i’ve stated above; it’s cheaper for them to just refund to you than to have hundreds of thousands of chargebacks against them. my six month membership is a sunk and lost cost, but i found out how to cancel auto renewal. the site appears to benefit from scammers so newcomers will surely get mail and want to pay to read their mail. can’t say enough rotten stuff about this site, but if you need to get out of it, cancel subscription. time is the sorriest dating site i have ever expierienced. membership to ourtime gives you access to all the site’s fantastic features, including messaging and live chat. i will be back soon to make the announcement but meanwhile, tell all your unmarried friends seeking soulmates to bypass our time at all costs. removing my profile i tried to call our time but could only."if you have an email address and want to be in a relationship, you can fall victim to this scam," she said. is free to join, although you’ll need to upgrade to a paid membership if you want to read flirts you’ve received, to send emails, and to chat live with other members. code means for less than 58p per week fun is near enough guaranteed. and his command of the english language seemed to deteriorate. and most of them are over weight and i think their older then what they say their age is. the only way to not be charged or automatically renewed is to dispute with your credit card company. it would be very simple for the ourtime programmers to capture the ip address of the person signing up for the service and compare this to the physical location where they claim to reside. sorry if that sounds judgmental, but no one joins these sites in hopes of finding fat slobs who take their pictures with cell phone cameras and the like. i wish i read all of these posts before, i just disputed these charges, free, my ass! their only desire is to get you off of the ourtime system as fast as possible before someone reports them to ourtime as scammers. if you use a pop up blocker or quickly delete the popup your service is renewed. there were so many concerns in a few days time that i simply resigned, asked for my money back, was denied (as stated above) and am not putting the word out there – my word – my honest word. + tax – this option includes an upgrade to have your profile highlighted in searches). i was clearing the promote me screen when at the same time as hitting the x to get out of that the reactivate my acct popped up and was hit while hitting the x to get out of a different screen. you’ll then see two boxes, one labelled account status and the other transaction history. this was absolutely bs as my mastercard debit card had ample funds to pay for the service. anybody know how to get out and get your money back? i have no trust in the company and not want any of my info on your site. there is always the potential member who has promise, but flakes out and drops away after some great communication, and then the other usual encounter with the old bait n’ switch artist. for a month, your credit card will be charged for 6 months / . was, by far, the worst experience i have ever encountered with a dating web site … with the exception of eharmony which matched me with truck drivers and farmers because i do not have a college degree! can opt out of the emails this site will send you. i was startled to discover the profile of a dear friend who lives nearby. i’m filing a complaint with the federal trade commission and i suggest others do the same. their customer service is the worst customer service i have ever seen! after 5 months, they renewed me for another 6 months’ but i called customer service and threatened to call my bank to dispute so they finally agreed to refund what they had charged me for the renewal. although it asks marital status, there is no way to narrow to those who are legally divorced or widowed. save your money and go have a drink at the. i will never again use an online dating service thansk to this experience. they also indicates click on this or that link and when do so you get no action. fortunately for me, the site kicked mine out but based on the reports of those who had unauthorized dollar amounts deducted, doing so would seem to be an ominous road ahead. must add that a vast many profiles sent to mailboxes are from women who are total duds and have little info in their portfolios (i daresay there are women who feel precisely the same way about the list of available guys). there needs to be a better system to not waste time – although it asks political affiliation, there is no way to narrow to those who are like-minded. services also include dating advice for meeting matches online and in-person and tips for creating an enticing profile.

OurTime Dating for Singles 50+ on the App Store

i met this good looking guy and he said he was ask from our time to come on the site for zero charge just to talk to the ladies, cause they don/t have enough men. free, no picked match’s, and you can still “search” while your profile is hid. your experience to help others avoid scams & discover great products! three times during my 4 months, i received messages from accounts which were hacked — so it happens a lot.’ve only been on our time for a few days. all of these seem to be controlled by ourtime, and for me, the minimum age they select seems to be about 70 and from anywhere in this country. because of this i only visited the ourtime website a few times and ended up wasting a bunch of money. plus everyone record all your conversations in business, anything that is going to cost you in anyway at all, mental bullying, your time (which is the most important friends, it is the only thing you can never, never , get more of, also look at the dangerous position these people put us in, with their constant, purposefull neglect. as matter of fact there is no customer service number listed with them- big give away. while not personally bothersome, it is deceptive because it is telling me some woman is interested in me, thus warranting a response, when such is not the case. not spend your time and money on this poorly run site! our time cannot be reached as they have no phone number and do not answer their email. had tried signing up for several days with our time & love and seek but i kept getting a “credit card declined” message. “flirts” from all over the country, that is really helpful! their customer service is the worst customer service i have ever seen! i have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. therefore, our time needs to prorate the days i actually used it. tried to meet someone perhaps in my age group 2 years ago and was disappointed at the quality of men on this site. have just received an email from our time and they wrote that my subscription would be automatically renewed and i am not a member. they still wont refund me and take me off there so am in it for the long hall till sept 6th my month is up 2015 . on the site is the same as you, not a freebie having a perv, but wanting to meet. “do not show” section is worthless ie, doesn’t work. the search options are dismal and i think i too was a victim of being shown as one who flirted with men and looked at profiles she i didn’t do either.. no obvious customer service number is a big red flag. bottom line is i started receiving numerous emails for sexual encounters, they are blocked as spam but have to delete on a daily or a couple times a day basis. luck to all of you who try to leave this site and/or trying to get your money back.! i wish i had read the reviews before i decided to give it a try. time i uploaded a photo and it got approved and placed in my profile, it would disappear the very next day. everyone’s review is spot on and i will add, besides deleting your pictures & profile when your subscription is near ending you block e mails from them and notify your cc co. day some one, really will create a site, that people can truly meet people in person. i find guys i like but there is no way to hunt them down. save your money, you will have better look meeting someone in a grocery store or book store,Was this review helpful to you? know your rights; google credit card dispute rights and fair credit act, reg z for more information. my account site shows that i declined renewal on may 31 then shows i changed it on july 31 …. the site itself is easy enough for anyone to use. everyone you talk to, to not touch this with a 10 foot pole. if nothing else, i will be submitting a complaint to the state’s attorney general’s office and i advise you all to do the same. i am sending a letter and contacting the attorney general fraud division about this. much work on this site only met two people one 5’5 lied and the other 5’7 said he was 5’10…but at least real ones after all the 145 to date scammers out of 149 emails. other thing is, the site generates fake messages about “flirts” and people who supposedly “liked” your profile. latest news from inside the industry from our dating experts:One on one matchmaking sets up dates for elite singles in atlanta. programming is not my specialty, would love to tackle this myself. obviously can’t speak to the quality & availability of guys at either site but i feel it’s really a disservice to both the guys & gals who take the time to put up good profiles, decent pictures & who go to great lengths to share their bios in order to find quality guys & gals, only to get this kind of cruddy service when, as i noted in a previous post, there is a niche market for us 50ish folk. i had a very disturbing experience on one date and it still haunts me. every time i sign in, they say “wrong password” and want my credit card information again.. i let the time run out and waited about 4 months and had something like 48 flirts and out of curtosity, i took the cheapest 6 months and found the flirts were fake. beware if match looks to good to be true it is. she replied to me at the time (about a month back) saying that she did not flirt with me. i filed a complaint with the bbb, entered a dispute with paypal, and sent three emails to the website, letting them know that if i wasn’t refunded in full i was going to dispute the charge; i never received any services from them, as i attempted to cancel immediately. it give you the impression there is activity there when there is none. this company needs to be torn down & rebuilt from the top. i didn’t find out until i went in my account history after sending a message to someone and it went through on nov. next time i visited the site to browse, i was perplexed that at the bottom of the page it had my credit card information that i never gave to them. i met 6 men,on this site out of the 6,3 were actually people 1 didn’t look like his profile pictures, they must have been taken when he was 20 years old. first i was extremely po’d at this website (several posts to that effect) and am counting down the days until my “membership” terminates (hopefully–it’s set to not renew), but i thought that i’d share what has to be an all-time classic woman’s profile that i encountered today. you everyone who wrote those informative reviews of this horrible site. there must not be very many men on the site, because my so-called “daily matches” just recycle the same old photos of people i already said “no” to. line: no, i would not recommend this to a friend. is quite possibly the worst site out there for dating, and absolutely no one is monitoring the creeps on there. i completely deleted everything that has to do with this site and no longer receive any type of communication from them. no place on the site did it indicate that and i even read the small print. instead of the site showing me more pictures/profiles, a screen popped up showing that i had charged . places like match and our time show the members on the site live and for better or for worse i like that. the is no time indicator, so it is often awkward to find an unread message. if i was spending as many hours in the gym and tennis court as these guys claim, when would i have time to date? totally agree and i’m a woman talking about almost 99% of the men on our time. i was and am hotter than a hornet’s nest and i virtually never get this enraged at any business. your ourtime account is set up, you’ll gain immediate access to your dashboard, which includes your inbox, a list of people who have viewed you, your flirts, other users the system has automatically matched you with based on answers to the above questions (known as instant match), as well as the number of tokens remaining (more about this in a moment). have been on ourtime for 2 months now & also once before. my basis for my view is because, contrasted to a month ago, the l&s renewal fee is almost half what it was with ot’s renewal fees about 40% less. can i do to make this helpful for those of us who really want to meet people? wish i would have signed up for this and i would moneybag totally disappointed in the whole set up to do a lot of advertising in fact false advertising this is ridiculous i would like my money back. why does this site constantly log a user out after being logged in for perhaps 10 minutes? though it looks like you’re signing up for one month, auto renewal is buried by many links and you have to dig deep to turn it off. the site claims to target mature people but it is childish by design and greedy. this should be very easy for them to create criteria to filter these very obviously fake profiles out. is one of the worst online dating site for seniors. it’s a disgrace that they take older people’s hard earned money. and they can’t understand why the people they call terrorists hate the usa so much. my profile and pictures were very nice in fact, but as mentioned above, only getting creeps and far away distance replies to my profile. do not write reviews in this section - click here to write a review. this is a haphazard organization that appears to have little interest in helping match the longing hearts that want their soulmates. this site is a waste of money, but worse, a big waste of time. if you sign up for just one month and try to delete auto renew, they charge you anyway…and when you dispute…say it’s your fault and keep your money…never refund! i hope people file complaints with the ftc here is the link.. some banks–such as the one i work for–have a relationship with this merchant’s bank which enables them to issue a permanent credit to your account without going through the dispute process. i thought he was a nice person, he had this photo of him as a soldier. my ratings for this site is minus 1000 stars for overall, features, price and customer service. they also send old photos of people no longer on the site to your visited list, or as "flirts". i don’t like the most about ourtime dating website is that they have a world wide known money fraud scammer’s. like most of the dating websites are money making schemes that prey on honest well meaning people. you can’t specify the exact age range you’re looking for, and you can’t even select the distance from where you live. i had to cancel my credit card to disable their automatic renewal charges., i have to agree, “our time” will rip you off if you don’t pay attention. customer service is absolutely non existent other than canned automated responses that have nothing to do with your questions. bottom line, they refuse to issue a refund after essentially cheating me out of 50% of my subscription and causing me to have to remove an unauthorized charge to my account.
